This page provide the terms and condition for the reservation policy when placing a reservation in our website and are the following:

1. Reservation Process

-Reservation cannot be cancelled once the form is submitted

-Confirmation message will be sent to the customer's provided email address

-Outside foods are allowed in the VIP room

2. Non-Refundable Payment:

- All payments made for reservations are non-refundable.

- No refunds will be issued once a reservation is placed.

3. Reservation Changes:

- Changes to reservation dates or times may be possible, subject to availability.

- Contact us as soon as possible for any modifications.

4. 10-minute late show Policy:

- If you do not arrive at the scheduled reservation time, there will be a 10-minute waiting time until the reservation will be cancelled.

5. Arrival and Departure Times:

-Time of arrival are only allowed within the opening (8-am) and closing (12 midnight) time of the shop

- Please arrive on time for your reservation.

- Departure must be prompt to allow the next guests to enjoy their reservation

6. Conduct:

- Guests must adhere to the venue's conduct policies.

- Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

7. Liability:

- The venue is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during your dine-in process.

8. Acceptance:

- By placing a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
